ASSISTANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL INNOVATION IN DELANY DESSERTS MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMES) IN MALANG

Abstract

The development of the number of MSMEs in the city of Malang is quite noticeable, starting from 6983 MSMEs in 2021 to 7920 MSMEs in 2022. Community service activities carried out by State University of Malang (UM) students are an effort to help MSMEs in this case "Delany Desserts" to further develop by providing education and training related to utilizing digital technology. The implementation of mentoring activities at Delany Desserts adopts an individual or personal approach. The results of the assistance provided to Delani dessert include; draft digital financial statements, design digital marketing, design product catalog, and prepare design for BPOM certification
