This Managerial Insight Development activity aims to assist financial management and marketing strategies on competitive advantage for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Activities carried out from the start of the socialization process, coaching, to the process of implementing everything that has been targeted at the beginning, which includes the fields of finance, marketing, and also human resources. This activity was carried out at the Boltapiet Bakery shop, which sells various bakery products, with 2 owners and 3 permanent employees. The financial system at Boltapiet Bakery still uses manuals, SOPs have never existed, and marketing strategies in social media can be said to be less than optimal, so that coaching emphasizes more on these matters so that in the future this UMKM can run effectively and efficiently in all its activities
