Digital entrepreneurship is an effort to empower various social problems today, including the problem of the spread of street children which requires serious attention from the government. Considering that over a period of time, the number is always increasing. Empowerment of street children from this team prioritizes efforts to increase street children's skills and self-confidence to use their inner strength. From here they are taught entrepreneurship techniques as well as hands-on practice for selling products. In general, the training process is divided into eight parts, namely socialization of the program; plastic waste recycling training; introduction to digital entrepreneurship; accompaniment; product consulting; marketing; and program evaluation with RTL exposure. The method used is through a system of patterns or stages. With this service, we are able to optimize unused items such as plastic cases and improve the welfare of street children through empowerment in the form of training

ASSISTANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL INNOVATION IN DELANY DESSERTS MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMES) IN MALANG

The development of the number of MSMEs in the city of Malang is quite noticeable, starting from 6983 MSMEs in 2021 to 7920 MSMEs in 2022. Community service activities carried out by State University of Malang (UM) students are an effort to help MSMEs in this case "Delany Desserts" to further develop by providing education and training related to utilizing digital technology. The implementation of mentoring activities at Delany Desserts adopts an individual or personal approach. The results of the assistance provided to Delani dessert include; draft digital financial statements, design digital marketing, design product catalog, and prepare design for BPOM certification

This Managerial Insight Development activity aims to assist financial management and marketing strategies on competitive advantage for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Activities carried out from the start of the socialization process, coaching, to the process of implementing everything that has been targeted at the beginning, which includes the fields of finance, marketing, and also human resources. This activity was carried out at the Boltapiet Bakery shop, which sells various bakery products, with 2 owners and 3 permanent employees. The financial system at Boltapiet Bakery still uses manuals, SOPs have never existed, and marketing strategies in social media can be said to be less than optimal, so that coaching emphasizes more on these matters so that in the future this UMKM can run effectively and efficiently in all its activities

This community service program is an effort to preserve and overcome environmental problems that occur. The implementation method in this program is designed systematically according to the objectives and targets of the activities. The stages are as follows: 1) the preparation stage, including coordination of the preparation of activity concepts, required materials, and activity schedules; 2) the design stage, namely making proposals and designing activities; 3) the implementation stage, namely providing education about the program being promoted; 4) mentoring stage, including providing assistance and practicing hydroponic planting system activities and creative waste processing. The results of this service show that participants can understand theory and practice well. After carrying out this service, it shows that there is an increase in understanding of the importance of protecting and preserving the environment as well as skills in caring for and preserving the environment through hydroponic planting systems and creative waste processing
