Abstract

The main focus of companies engaged in services such as hospitals are the management of human resources, because almost all operational activities are carried out by humans. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Nurse Performance through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were all nurses at RSUD Dr. Haryoto, Lumajang Regency. The sample used in this study was 166 nurses. The data analysis method uses partial least squares structural equation modeling using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style had an effect on Nurse Performance Through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Employees of RSUD dr. Haryoto, Lumajang Regency). Suggestions for the RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang district to improve employee performance such as providing soft skills training so as to improve the personal abilities of dr. Haryoto Lumajang district.
