THE INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING AND UTILIZATION ON EMPLOYEE WORK SPIRIT IN THE EDUCATION AND CULTURE SERVICE OF TAKALAR DISTRICT

This research aims to examine the effect of the training and utilization of information technology on employee morale at Takalar Regency Education and Culture Office. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is using saturation in which the entire population is sampled. This is done because the population is relatively small or few. The sample in this study was 37 ASN employees as respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 13.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that training and the utilization of information technology simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Partially, training has a significant positive effect on employee morale at the Takalar Regency Education and Culture Office., while the partial utilization of information technology has no effect on employee morale at the Takalar Regency Education and Culture Office.
