THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND WORKLOAD ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AT PT. DIPO STAR FINANCE MAKASSAR

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction, (2) determine workload on job satisfaction, (3) determine compensation, and workload have a joint effect on job satisfaction at PT. Dipo Star Finance Makassar City. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 35 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, t count > t table where 5.584 > t table is 1.689. The workload variable has no significant effect with a calculated t value of 2,970 < t table of 1,671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the compensation variable has a significant effect, while workload has no significant effect. But simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction at PT. Dipo Star Finance. Therefore, if compensation and workload continue to be increased, then of course it will increase job satisfaction. Dipo Star Finance.
