THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT PT. ANIMAL MEDICINE AMBASSADOR
Abstract
Product quality is applied to determine whether the quality we use is quality or not. After-sales service is implemented to find out whether the service provided is responsive or not. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of product quality and after-sales service on customer satisfaction at PT Duta Medika Satwa. In this research, the author used quantitative statistical methods, namely by distributing questionnaires to customers at PT. Animal Medicine Ambassador. In this study there were 60 respondents. The results of this research indicate that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Duta Medika Satwa, because the significant value of product quality is 0.000 less than 0.05. However, the results of research on after sales service have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Duta Medika Satwa. The significant value of After Sales Service is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05
